MINIATURE
MAKING
As part of my role with State Library of Queensland working in the make and design space at The Edge, I worked on the development and delivery of a series of workshops focused on Queensland architecture showcased in miniature ‘book nooks’.
The workshops are a terrific way of combining research and referencing with physical outcomes, and I really enjoyed working with participants to provide them with the skills to create vector designs for laser cutting.
You can read more about the workshops on the blogs at the SLQ website, the design files and presentations are also available on the SLQ Wiki;
